This 'Townhouse' unit at the Setai is an oldie but a goodie for Curbed Miami, having been published here in 2013. Back then, it had already been on the market for a couple months before that when it was listed in late 2012 at $22 million. Now, having been re-listed, de-listed and pricechopped a few times, it's still on the market, for $16.9 million. The 3,600 square foot unit is fun, with a double-height living room spanning the full width of the Setai's tower, and a staircase that looks like the inside of a rectangular disco ball. According to the brokers, it has a mindboggling sound system which was designed by its current owner, a sound engineer.
