$2 Million Sans Souci Midcentury House is a Little Bit Tipsy
July 22, 2015, by Sean McCaughan
Built in 1968 in North Miami's Sans Souci neighborhood, this midcentury modern specimen of a house looks just about as tipsy as the lucky people who occupied it probably were. Of course, the slant is totally on purpose, turning what would be a more ho-hum concrete box of a house into, well, a swinging sixties house with flair. Too bad the architect didn't give the backyard the same aesthetic care. The 9,300 square foot house is on the market for $1.995 million.
