Inside Look at ME Miami Hotel, Opening Soon in Downtown Miami

The ME Miami hotel in the Marquis Tower in Downtown Miami will open this July, bringing Meliá Hotels International its first ME by Meliá hotel in the United States.
Located at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard, the 129-room luxury hotel will have a 14th-floor Sun Deck with sunset and sunrise pools, along with Bella’s bar, a poolside bar and lounge, and 1,000 square feet of meeting space.
On the ground floor will be The One Group’s STK Miami restaurant, with images surfacing last week. You can get the vibe of the ME Miami hotel with the renderings below.
Reservations on their website show the earliest booking date of July 7, starting in the low $200s.

Pharrell Finally Sells Miami Penthouse for $9.25M

Pharrell Williams surely woke up happier than usual, finally parting ways with his Miami penthouse thatinitially hit the market back in 2012 asking almost $17 million, reports the Wall Street Journal.
The triplex unit at Bristol Tower in Brickell sold for $9.25 million, while the musician/producer purchased the residence for $12.525 million in 2007. Highlighting the home is its Venetian Plaster spiral staircase down the center, leading up to a translucent dome.

Sold with Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty, the 9,000-square-foot unit has five bedrooms and 360-degree views. The living room soars 30 feet and the penthouse is flooded with art.
There’s also a gym, billiards room, theater, and three levels of terraces, featuring a private outdoor pool and barbecue area.
