EL EDIFICO ARMANI VIENE A SUNNY ISLES..

Dezer, Related team up for Armani condos in Sunny Isles Beach.

Gil Dezer and the Related Group are linking up to put another condominium tower in the ground – this time, the Armani Residences by Cesar Pelli in Sunny Isles Beach. Units will range from two-bedrooms and four-bedrooms and prices will start at $1.4 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Pelli, whose firm Pelli Clarke Pelli is based in Connecticut, will be planting his personal mark on the building, to be located at 190th Street and Collins Avenue. The developers previously collaborated on Sunny Isles condominiums, under the Trump brand.
