Citi exec nabs Cocoplum estate in Coral Gables for $6M

A more than half-acre property in Coral Gables has traded hands for $6.05 million, Miami-Dade County records show.

AMA Property International Corp. sold the 7,704-square-foot home to Jane Fraser and Alberto Piedra. Fraser is CEO of Citigroup Latin America, which is based in Miami, according to Citi’s website.

The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom estate last sold for $3.8 million in 2010, according to Miami-Dade property records. It was built in 1990 and renovated in 2010, according to the listing. The waterfront property features a pool, dock, marble patio and Raymond Jungles-designed landscaping.

The two-story Cocoplum home also includes an elevator, gym and marble bathroom.
Michael Ortiz of AMA signed the deed transfer. Ortiz is listed as president of the Miami-based company.
