A waterfront mansion in Coral Gables sold for $10.2 million, county records show.
The 11,042-square-foot home sits on 0.8 acres at 221 Casuarina Concourse. Pieric J. Vaucher de la Croix and Martha Cecilia Hernandez bought the estate, which was built in 2000. De la Croix is the vice president of Hublot Latin America and president of Ares Distributors, a Miami-based luxury watch distributor for Latin America and the Caribbean.
He also owns a condo at 540 West Avenue in Miami Beach. De la Croix paid 355,000 for the 778-square-foot unit in 2005, records show.
The Coral Gables property includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms, a pool, fountain, gazebo and dock.
221 Casuarina Concourse LLC, led by Pablo Valladares Garcia and Emma L. De Valladares, was the seller. The LLC paid $7.75 million for the two-story home in December 2009, according to Miami-Dade County property records.
Americo D’Agostini of A&D Group Realty was the listing agent, according to Realtor.com.
I personally feel that everyone should invest in the real estate. As it has became the most popular investment field in recent years. I am also thinking to buy a home in the Dove mountain real estate.
