Eight of the 14 penthouses remain for sale at the upcoming 58-story SLS LUXin Brickell, a joint-venture between Related Group and the Allen Morris Company. The penthouses will feature smart technology like automated lighting, window treatments, and audio-visual capabilities. The Arquitectonica-designed building of 450 residences and 84 luxury suites has quite the array of amenities:
- Multi-use sports center offering tennis, paddleball, volleyball, basketball, bocce, rock climbing wall, and yoga
- Outdoor theater
- Children's indoor and outdoor play areas with "on demand monitoring services" (not sure if this means video monitoring, a house-arrest-inspired ankle bracelet or both)
- VIP access to South Beach's Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel South Beach
- Sky Lounge
- Sky Library
- 57th floor rooftop private sundeck and spa
