The boomerang-shaped condo planned for 57th street and Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's Upper East Side is launching sales, per the Miami Herald. The eight-story tower that will be comprised of 105 units with commercial and retail space on the ground is being developed by Unitas Group Development after initially thought to be a Green Dragon Group project. Units will start at $600,000 with One Southeby's on sales and Sieger Suarez Architects designing. A project titled Kubik was originally planned for the site but locals protested its height and United Group Development took over.
