Headed to auction next week is Florida Senator Jeremy Ring and his wife Sharon's Tuscan-style mansion in Parkland that listed for $3.25 million. Sitting on 2.5 acres, the estate has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nearly 8,900 square feet of interior living space. It's outfitted with a refinished tennis court, pool with a rock waterfall and swim-up grotto, and a forest-themed bathroom equipped with a "tree sink."
The estate was built in 2005 after the property was purchased for $499,000 in 2002. It has a minimum bid price of $1.25 million.
