The pool deck frequented by Icon Brickell residents, Viceroy hotel guests, and patrons looking to relax with an epic view of Biscayne Bay might be out of commission for at least a year with some significant repairs needed. Although it currently appears to be a game of finger waving at this point, the gist of the situation is clear: the deck needs to be re-retiled due to getting dangerously slippery when wet and the pools' piping needs an overhaul after leaking into the parking garage below.
So with the top amenity at Icon Brickell likely being shelved for what looks like a lengthy period of time, how much will its units fall in value?
