The sold-out Grove at Grand Bay has been completed

The twisty towers of Grove at Grand Bay have been completed, marking the first residential towers to be built in Coconut Grove in over a decade.
Developed by Terra, designed by Bjarke Ingels, and with NBWW as the architect, the twin 20-story towers are sold out and will be ready for move-in this fall.
The project overlooks Biscayne Bay and Regatta Park, located just a couple blocks away from CocoWalk. Amenities include rooftop pools in each tower, a five-star spa/fitness center, concierge and butler service, private dining room, and a pet spa.
The development is "poised to become the first all-residential tower to achieve LEED Gold status in Florida," per the press release.
"Coconut Grove is one of Miami’s most storied neighborhoods and Grove at Grand Bay represents another chapter in that story," says Terra President David Martin. "A sanctuary for artists, writers and unconventional thinkers, the Grove has a long history of challenging the status quo – much the same way Grove at Grand Bay is changing the way Miami thinks about design. We planned and developed this building with the goal of adding value to our neighborhood, so we’re proud that Coconut Grove is enjoying a resurgence while remaining mindful of its colorful past."
