Classy, skinny apartment building approved for Downtown Miami

Miami's Planning Department recently approved Charles Sieger's 80-story residential tower in Downtown Miami. The Next Miami reported that the building will be constructed at 35 Southwest 1st Street with 482 apartments.

On the lower levels, there will be a restaurant and commercial space as well as 314 parking spaces.
