Our pals at Miami Luxury Homes flew to Rockwell Island, a new luxury development of 51 oceanfront homes in Bimini, which is currently under construction and being developed by RAV Bahamas.
They took a private tour of the island’s sensational beachfront estate owned by K.T. Lim, founder of Genting Group, which owns Resorts World Bimini.
Here’s a drone video of the magnificent home and its $120,000 glass waterfall that partitions the pool and the beach.
Rockwell Island is located in North Bimini, with 25 of the 51 homes sold, according to Miami Luxury Homes.
The buyers at the unique development can choose between five styles for their one-acre property touching both bay and ocean: Feng Shui, Balinese, Palladian, Plantation, and Moorish. Prices start at $3 million.
Renderings of each style are below.
