The Arquitectonica-designed, Sunny Isles Beach condo tower, Regalia, just released first-look images of a penthouse scheduled to be finalized this fall. The unit, dubbed "The Penthouse," was designed by five-time Architectural Digest "AD100" interior designer Charles Allem. The final price has not yet been announced, but it is expected to ask above $40 million.
The three-story condo spans 16,805 square feet with luxurious features like a rooftop pool and 360-degree wraparound terraces. Other highlights include a wine cellar, movie theater, game room, and spa. In the spa and master bathroom, these spaces are fully-cladded in Calcutta Gold stone. The kitchen features oversized stone countertops and Wolf and Sub-zero appliances. There are a total of six bedrooms in the condo.
This past May, Regalia's "Beach House" landed on the market for $35 million, becoming the most expensive condo for sale in Sunny Isles and among the five priciest in Miami-Dade County. Another unit in the development listed this past June for $10.65 million with a wine cellar.
