With Jeff Koons Sculptures, Two Penthouses at Oceana Bal Harbour Sell for $26M

Despite being under construction, Oceana Bal Harbour is still turning heads and closing sales, the most recent being two $26 million penthouses. These Bal Harbour penthouses offered up not only waterfront views, but two larger-than-life sculptures created by American artist Jeff Koons. The 10-foot-tall "Ballerina" and "Pluto and Proserpina" are made out of stainless steel with mirror-finish surfaces and are co-owned by the unnamed penthouse buyers.
Both penthouses feature oversized private balconies as well as 10-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchens come with custom-designed Dada cabinetry as well as stainless steel appliances and a two-zone wine cellar for over 70 bottles. From the bathroom, the homeowners are able to overlook the nearby beach while soaking in an oversized, freestanding tub. As an extra highlight, there is a towel heater available.
Some of the amenities available to Oceana Bal Harbour residents include an Olympic-style lap pool, poolside cabanas, spa, and private restaurant with an outdoor cafe.
Italian architect Piero Lissoni designed the interiors of the penthouse's bathroom as well as the development's tower and private restaurant. Enzo Enea designed the pool deck landscape.
