Miami, Miami Beach Among Worst Cities for First-Time Home Buyers

Miami and Miami Beach both ranked in the bottom seven among WalletHub’s 2016’s Best and Worst Cities for First-Time Buyers, ranking 294th and 299th, respectively.
The study analyzed 300 cities of varying sizes across 19 key metrics. The highest ranked Florida cities were Tampa, Sunrise, and Pembroke Pines, with all of the Florida cities featured listed below.
