Veridian Grove to Bring 20-Home Luxury Development Near Pinecrest

An interesting new development called Veridian Grove has been planned near Pinecrest, aiming to bring a near 11-acre community of modern luxury homes to a site directly West of US1 between 120th Street and 122nd Street.

The project will feature 20 large residences, ranging in size from 5,996 square feet to 6,684 square feet and starting at $2.8 million. Each home will be on a 15,000-square-foot lot.

It’s an ambitious project considering it’s so close to US1 and not technically in Pinecrest. There has also been some pushback from local residents, according to Veridian Grove sales exec Fabrizio Cacciatore.

Developed by 8290 Partners LLC (Sabal Development), Veridian Grove is a collaboration betweenSotolongo Salman Henderson Architects, B Morrow Interiors, and Dina Bell for landscaping. DevStar Realty LLC is handling sales and marketing.

Its sales center is expected to open by mid August and the project is still awaiting it’s certificate of occupancy.
