The Rilea Group's The Bond on Brickell has just topped off at 44 stories according to the developer, and will be the first new condo tower completed on Brickell Avenue since the crash when it finishes in 2016. Although the main block of The Bond on Brickell is actually on SE 1st Avenue, its driveway entrance is on Brickell Avenue, allowing it to snag that more prestigious address. Due to a very low building between it and Brickell, the views are also quite nice. Curbed Miamiteased the tower for playing up the fact that it has the same name as a certain superspy in early marketing materials and renderings, which strategically had Aston Martin D85s and inside-the-gun-barrel motifs peppered about, but it has since changed its game to go for a more catch-all British vibe. The children's playroom is a celebration of everything from London telephone boxes to the London Bridge.
