According to a press release, the Related Group/Dezercollaboration the Residences by Armani/Casa is scheduled to break ground in October, with its $8 million sales center opening sometime in the fall as well. Sales as of August 5th had reached 60 percent of the building. Renderings of the building show a big glass diamond-shaped tower on the outside and off-white, monochromatic interiors on the inside that kind of look the minimalist silk lining of a fancy suit. So, that's nice.
