LeBron James' House has Officially Sold to the Guy that Owns Mayfair for $13.4 Million

LeBron James has officially left the building. He has finally, and officially sold for$13.4 million to Timo Kipp, the owner of the iconically '80s Coconut Grove fabulous Mayfair in the Grove shopping mall nearby, and his wife Nathalia Kipp. Although this news has basically been out for months, it has only now been confirmed by The Real Deal. The house, which has been reported to be either 12,000 or 16,000 square feet (maybe that includes accessory structures?) was originally listed by LeBron for $17 million in October.
