Miami-based Related Group has reservations for about half of the units in its planned 40-story second phase of the Hyde Resort & Residences, a condo-hotel under construction at the southern end of Hollywood Beach.
The 40-story first phase is under construction at 4111 S. Ocean Drive. The sold-out condo-hotel development with 367 condo-hotel units and 40 residential-only units is expected to open sometime next year.

The head of Related Group’s condo division, Carlos Rosso, said buyers have reserved about half of the Beach House Hollywood units at prices from $430,000 to $1 million.
