Privé Island is nearing completion off the coast of Aventura, with the unique 160-residence luxury development expected to open in July.
The twin 16-story towers were designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, with units ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to over 9,500 square feet. The project topped off last fall and is currently 70 percent sold. Prices start at a little over $2.1 million.
In the drone video below showcasing Privé Island’s model residence, you’ll be able to finally get a true feel inside the residences, which were designed by Interiors by Steven G. This particular four-bedroom unit sizes up at 4,000 square feet and wraps around the southern end of the north tower.
Features include amazing bay views (obviously, considering it’s on an island), a modern open kitchen, and a 10-foot deep terrace with a summer kitchen. Among the building amenities are a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa in each tower, dining and social rooms, a poolside café, wine and cigar rooms, kids’ rooms, a tennis court, multiple pools, Jacuzzis, and a marina.
