New interior renderings were unveiled of the under-construction Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, whose newly opened sales gallery is located at 15800 Collins Avenue.
The luxury project broke ground last summer and is currently 65 percent sold. The new renderings showcase the neutral-toned modern interiors with dreamy views in the distance highlighting Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, including units facing north and south.
The 52-story development is a collaboration between Fortune International Group and Château Group, designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Michele Bönan.
Comprised of 212 units boasting kitchens with Caesarstone quartz countertops and Gaggenau appliances, a top-floor penthouse sold for $16.5 million. Units start at $2.5 million and you can take a tour of the new sales gallery here.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach is among a slew of hot developments in the area that include Jade Signature, Muse Residences, Estates at Acqualina, Turnberry Ocean Club, Residences by Armani/Casa, and the newly finished Porsche Design Tower.
