A French-style estate in Coral Gables listed yesterday asking $16.9 million, becoming the fifth most expensive home for sale in the Gables.
Located at 631 Arvida Parkway within the gated Gables Estates community, the 11,494-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 0.9-acre lot with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
It was built in 2019 and designed by Ramon Pacheco, featuring double-height ceilings in the main living areas, wood and marble flooring throughout, a spectacular library, wine cellar, multiple bars, chef’s kitchen, and an expansive outdoor entertaining area.
There’s also an elevator, generator, custom millwork, and multiple fireplaces. The property previously sold for $3.3 million in 2003.
The only four homes in Coral Gables priced higher are listed below.
  1. $27M - Bacardi-owned Coral Gables manse
  2. $22M - Glassy stunner on Tahiti Beach
  3. $21M - Classic European with 200+ feet of water frontage
