One of Miami’s most unique pre-construction developments in One River Point has opened an equally distinct sales gallery, one similar to high-end residential projects in New York City, notes Miami Luxury Homes, as it mirrors a museum exhibit.
The two-story sales center encompasses 5,000 square feet and is located at 92 Southwest 3rd Street. Developed by Shahab Karmely and designed by Rafael Viñoly, the twin-tower luxury development is comprised of 380 residences ranging in size from 1,000 to 12,000 square feet.
One of its most fascinating features will be its “floating sky bridge,” which will connect the two buildings on the top floors and house its Sky Club, a glass-encased private members’ club with an array of amenities like fine dining, wine tasting and cigar lounges, a spa, gym, and business facilities.
On display at the multi-million dollar sales center is a model kitchen, library, master-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower and free-floating tub, and interactive technology like Virtual Reality.
In collaboration with acclaimed starchitect Rafael Viñoly, Karmely added a splash of NYC to his residential masterpiece in Miami by decking out a sales center like they do in NYC offering a museum-type experience with an Oculus Rift virtual reality system & interactive scale model, and why not, NYC is the leading luxury condo market in the country!
One River Point is expected to break ground in the fall with completion slated for 2020.
