Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent or buy for a set dollar amount across various South Florida neighborhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out!
Last week we featured rentals across the Miami area with a $2100 budget.
Today we take a look at homes for sale in Brickell, Bal Harbour, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach asking no more than $5 million. We ended up with a nice mix of houses and condos, both on and off the water, and of varying sizes.
Note: Nothing under 3,000 square feet was even considered because at a $5 million price point, anything less is frigging insanity. Even for Miami.
The homes are arranged from least to most expensive, beginning in Coral Gables.
