Previously asking $53 million and nearly $8,000 a foot, the penthouse at 321 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach appears to have re-listed for $39.5 million with Sotheby’s, equating to an enormous $13.5 million reduction.

The 6,807-square-foot residence towering over the South Beach shoreline is now the fourth most expensive listing in Miami Beach, and features over 6,000 square feet of terrace, including a private rooftop deck with a 36-foot infinity pool, barbecue area, and a bar.

It sold in the pre-construction phase for $20 million back in 2015. You can take the full tour here.
