North Beach Houses launches sales in Hollywood

North Beach Houses broke ground recently, with developer Real Estate Marking Services bringing eight luxury single-family homes to North Hollywood Beach.

The townhome-esque development is designed by Joseph B. Kaller & Associates and is located at 300 Elm Street, nestled between the ocean and the Intracoastal.

Ranging in size from 4,697 to 5,531 square feet (including outside decks and balconies), prices start at $1.95 million with Douglas Elliman handling sales. The development is scheduled to be delivered in March 2018.

Each residence offers three or four bedrooms, and is equipped with automated technology, a rooftop terrace, air-conditioned garage, exterior parking spaces, and an elevator.
