Welcome to the recently completed Palazzo Del Sol, Fisher Island's first new construction since 2007.
The magnificent 47-residence luxury condo, along with its sister tower Palazzo Del Luna (currently under construction), is offering residents an array of on-site resort-style amenities for the first time on Miami Beach's most exclusive island, which is fresh off a $60-million renovation.
Kicking things off on the ground level is a zero-edge pool with six poolside cabanas, three of which have already been purchased. Backdropping the pool are some striking views of the bay with South Pointe Park in the distance.
Rounding out the top-notch amenities are the indoor/outdoor aperitivo bar, children's playroom, state-of-the-art movie theater, fitness center, massage rooms, hair and makeup salon, and even an underground parking lot.
Palazzo Del Sol is 60-percent sold and attracting buyers from all over the world.
Although every residence is a marvel, several available units especially drop the jaw.
The West Lanai residence is located on the ground floor and priced at $20.2 million. It boasts an enormous terrace of nearly 13,000 square feet (yes, that comma is in the right place), which exceeds the living space by about 4,000 square feet. It has its own pool and gardens designed by Enzo Enea.
Head to the 10th floor of the Kobi Karp-designed building and you'll witness another Palazzo Del Sol trademark -- it's the only residence on the island with rooftop pools attached to its penthouses. The last of the three penthouses available is listed at $26.4 million, the most expensive unit on the market.
After touring Penthouse 1 and absorbing its 360-degree views, plethora of terraces and rooftop oasis, I had to be dragged out by my feet.
Enough words and photos, which don't do the development justice.
Check out some videos showcasing various hot spots of the property and note the seamless transition of renderings morphing into reality, though it still feels like Palazzo Del Sol isn't a real place.
