The 12,303-square-footer has three stories, 155 feet of waterfront, and was designed by Ramon Pacheco and Jonathan Hogg. It's a few houses down from the one purchased by former NBA star Ray Allen for $11 million in 2014.
It was built in 2001 and last sold for $2.03 million in 2009, roughly $26 million under the current asking price.
