Brickell City Centre Opens REACH Condo Tower

Brickell City Centre has officially opened its first condominium tower, with Swire Properties Inc receiving a temporary certificate of occupancy for the 390-unit REACH, allowing buyers to begin their move-in process.

REACH is over 86 percent sold and becomes the first of two luxury condos in the $1.05-billion mixed-use development in Brickell. The other, RISE, is 39 percent sold and is expected to open later this year.

The two condos are designed by Arquitectonica and amenities include concierge services, a heated lap pool, poolside cafe service, Hammam spa, fitness center, library, and a "tech-savvy children's playroom."
