With the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach coming to life this quarter, further details have emerged about Gil Dezer's lavish and unique condo erected with billionaire car aficionados in mind.
The four-level penthouse priced at $32.5 million not only is equipped with two private pools, two outdoor kitchens and two "Sky Garages" but also a separate 3,000-square-foot "Car Gallery" on the 57th floor, capable of housing seven of the owner's most extravagant vehicles, according to the New York Post:
In this Porsche penthouse, the car gallery’s fittings can be customized by the owner. The space could be outfitted with a bar, a billiards table and a living room, which leaves space for three cars. But if the owner really needs space for their rides — and wants to keep them close by and safe — up to seven cars can fit in the interior.
The ultra-luxury tower's most distinguished feature is unquestionably its "Dezervators" (which you can watch in action here), high-tech elevators for cars that would make Iron Man blush.
Gil, we'll gladly keep that penthouse warm until a buyer emerges, gratis of course.
