Twin 43-story apartment towers have been proposed for 54 West Flagler Street in Downtown Miami with Brooklyn-based Alliance Capital pegged as the developer, per The Next Miami.
Kobi Karp is the listed architect for the mixed use project that will include 391 units, street retail, and a hanging garden between the towers. A robotic parking garage has also been proposed -- gasp.
Gutierrez Resnik Prop LLC purchased the 17,000-square-foot lot for $5.5 million in 2007. It's current being used as a parking lot.
