Cassa Brickell, an 81-unit boutique residence being built in Brickell, has reached 85-percent sold and the project by TSG Paragon Development has released its final collection of four penthouses.
They range in price from $652,200 to $799,000,and join the other three penthouses, which are already under contract.

"Three of the four penthouses now available are part of our official ‘cassa brickell collection,’ an exclusive compilation of the project’s absolute best residential offerings. We are confident that they will be embraced by buyers and look forward to soon announcing to market the ‘collections’ remaining homes."
The 10-story development designed by Carlos Ponce de Leon will be opening this summer with its "signature amenity" being its rooftop vegetable garden and others including a summer kitchen, infinity pool, vertical garden and fitness center, all also on the roof.
