Miami Dade College is moving forward with two of the four proposals for their partnership with the mixed-use Downtown Miami site at 520 Biscayne Boulevard, per the South Florida Business Journal.
MDC announced today they will enter negotiations with the Related Group and Nader + Museu LLP, with the proposal by Gregg Covin Development with Oppenheim Architecture serving as a backup. The proposal by Pi Art Tech and Trade Center was not recommended.
In February we asked you to vote for your favorite of the four proposals and ironically the leaders were Pi Art Tech and Trade Center at 44 percent, followed by Covin and Oppenheim at 31 percent.
Check out the two leading proposals below and kindly cast your vote for your favorite.
