1278 S Venetian Way via Zillow
Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent or buy for a set dollar amount across various Miami neighborhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out!
Since it's Friday, we're unleashing the deep ball, seeing what a goliath budget of $50,000 a month rents you across five Miami neighborhoods.
↑ 1. Coconut Grove - 3467 North Moorings Way
At $27,500 a month, this six-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Moorings in Coconut Grove is the cheapest of the five options.
↑ 2. Palm Island - 233 North Coconut Lane
This yacht-inspired four-bedroom home on Palm Island with pool windowslisted for $9.6 million in November. It's now asking for 45,000 a month to rent.
↑ 3. Miami Beach - 4745 Pine Tree Drive
Next we have a 10-bedroom monster on Pine Tree Drive which entails three detached guest cottages. It's yours for $45,000 a month.
↑ 4. Venetian Islands - 1278 South Venetian Way
We head west to the Venetian Islands, where this awesome Balinese-style home is asking $50,000 a month. It features stunning open living areas, a basketball court and a rooftop terrace, bar included.
↑ 5. Key Biscayne - 14 Harbor Point
Our final option is this 9,000-square-foot Cuban estate in Key Biscayne asking $50,000 a month. If you rent for it two months, you'll get in for a $20,000 discount.
Which home would you choose?
