L'Atelier Penthouse via Sotheby's
Remember the gorgeous L'Atelier penthouse that hit the market for $25 millionbefore Christmas? It just listed publicly for the first time this week with a few new juicy renderings in tow, revealing views of the living area and an aerial of the rooftop deck.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Holly Hunt-designed residence encompasses the 17th and 18th floors, with a private glass elevator leading to a rooftop terrace featuring a 40-foot infinity pool, summer kitchen and lounge. There's also a private six-car garage to house the eventual buyer's probable wild collection of luxury cars.
The penthouse totals about 16,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The building is expected to be completed in 2017.
