CityPlace Doral held their ribbon-cutting ceremony a few weeks ago, with the Shoma Group, in collaboration with The Related Group, welcoming 40 tenants in addition to luxury residences.
The Arquitectonica-designed development encompasses 250,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in all and 700 luxury rental units.
Among the entertainment draws are CinéBistro Theatre, Improve Comedy Club, and Kings America, with restaurants including BurgerFi, Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, and IceBox Cafe. There’s also The Fresh Market providing an on-site grocery store option.
As for the residences, The Flats Luxury Apartments is priced similar to Brickell, Downtown, and South Beach for the smaller units, with studios starting in the $1600s. The first three photos below are of The Flats with the rest of the batch taking you around CityPlace Doral’s open retail and restaurant areas.
