Grove Palms launches new contemporary homes in Coconut Grove

A project comprised of new-construction homes in Coconut Grove has launched with prices starting at $343 per square foot.

Grove Palms of Coconut Grove currently entails five modern residences priced from $995,000 to $1.3 million. Among the interesting potential customizations are underground parking, elevators, and rooftop terraces with summer kitchens and hot tubs.

Developed by Metronomic, Inc, there are three different contemporary options to choose from: Palm Breeze, Palm Grove, and Palm Light. Caymares Martin Architectural and Engineering Design is the architect.

“Grove Palms is a rather unique project for Coconut Grove, as most new developments are either condos, townhomes or multimillion-dollar single-family homes,” adds Michael Light, Director of Luxury Sales with Miami Luxury Homes Group at Douglas Elliman. “Priced from $343 per square foot, Grove Palms was created to offer luxury, bespoke single-family homes at affordable prices.”
