A giant waterfront mansion in Key Biscayne that was previously asking $60,000 in rent has returned to the market for $21.5 million, making it the fourth most expensive home on the pricey island sitting east of Greater Miami.
At just under 11,000 square feet, this tropical home facing to the west has eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, and was designed by architect Cesar Molina. It features handcrafted woodwork and marble flooring throughout.
There's also private beach entry, a detached guest house, and a four-car garage. The property last sold for $2.35 million in 2001 with the current home constructed in 2007.
The three Key Biscayne homes asking more than this one: 400 South Mashta Drive ($39M)960 Harbor Drive ($36M), and 310 Harbor Drive ($22M).
