Dr. Deepak Chopra to help design Miami condos

Miami-area condos, meet Dr. Deepak Chopra, a prominent voice in the world of alternative medicine who has just partnered with Delos and Property Markets Group to design “scientifically validated wellness homes within their future developments in South Florida,” per a press release.

Their first PMG project is Muse Residences Sunny Isles, which topped off last week and is being co-developed by S2 Development.

“The homes we live in can have a powerful effect on our physical and emotional health,” Dr. Deepak Chopra said. “I am honored to work with PMG and Delos to design healthier residences for Florida residents.”

Their three core wellness principles of air, water and light are exemplified via air purification systems, water filtration systems, and circadian lighting, respectively.

“We spend more than 90 percent of our time indoors, so it is becoming increasingly important to place human health and wellness at the center of our building and design decisions,” said Paul Scialla, founder and CEO of Delos. “We look forward to working with PMG, S2 and Deepak on the integration of a full set of wellness solutions that will actively contribute to occupant health and wellness at The Muse Residences Sunny Isles.” By implementing these curated wellness solutions into seven exclusive residences, PMG, Delos, and Dr. Chopra aim to awaken and restore the end user in the comfort of his or her own home.
