Regalia's "Beach House" just hit the market priced at $35 million, making it the most expensive condo for sale in Sunny Isles and among the five priciest in Miami-Dade County.
The 17,015-square-foot residence was designed by CAD International Design Director Charles Allem, who has appeared in Architectural Digest's AD100 five times. Comprised of the entire third and fourth floors of the luxury tower, it has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half-baths, and a "pool bath."
But that's not all.
There's also a "floating, cantilevered staircase," a 360-degree wraparound terrace, and a glass-faced pool with an elevated sundeck, summer kitchen, fire pits, and jacuzzi. And TVs drop down from the ceiling in the TWO master bedrooms because of course they do. And the spa comes with a steam and Hammam room, massage beds, and fully-loaded tub.
But wait, there's more: a stone-and-glass wine cellar holding 600 bottles of wine, with temperature, lighting, and shade control; 2,000 square-foot entertainment lounge with a pool table and a movie theater.
"The Beach House is breathtaking from the moment one steps foot in this residence," said Kevin Venger of Regalia Beach Developers. "Its distinct design and endless luxuries are brilliantly amplified to captivate a buyer who desires the sensation of living in a home-like environment just steps from the sand, yet cannot deny the pinnacle of living afforded to residents of Regalia." The Arquitectonica-designed Regalia is 90-percent sold and the Beach House will be finished this summer.
