Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach Sells Two Penthouses for Nearly $10M

Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach recently announced the sale of two penthouses, each exceeding $4.5 million and $1200 per square foot.

Both are located on the 18th floor, featuring over 3,770 square feet and two levels of outdoor terraces offering 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal, and Downtown Lauderdale.

The terraces include a summer kitchen, private plunge pool, and fire pit.

"Our penthouses provide luxury oceanfront living at its finest," said developer Daniel Kodsi. "Our brand is committed to delivering premier, customized environments that beat all expectations and no detail was spared in making these the most sought-after residences in the marketplace."

One penthouse remains available in the under-construction luxury tower, listed at $9 million. The building is now 80 percent sold.
