Jugofresh will open in five additional Whole Foods Markets, CEO Matt Sherman announced on Wednesday.
The Miami-based juice, smoothie and vegan foods brand, is opening stores within stores in Aventura, Boca Raton, South Beach, Coral Gables and North Miami. Jugofresh has six freestanding locations and two other partnerships with Whole Foods in downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale, which opened this year.
Jugofresh has seven locations in South Florida: North Miami Beach, Sunset Harbour, South Pointe, Wynwood, South Miami, Coral Gables and inside the Whole Foods in downtown Miami. The company also opened a pop-up restaurant in August at its 2,000-square-foot South Pointe location in Miami Beach. In July, TRD reported that Sherman sold the Biscayne Boulevard site in MiMo that he had planned to redevelop for a new shop.
