The oceanfront Palm Beach home of billionaire George Lindemann sold recently for $25.2 million, roughly $7 million under the $32 million ask when it listed last summer.
There are seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 170 feet of beach frontage.
Located on over three acres at 1565 North Ocean Way, the Indonesian-themed 10,811-square-foot residence was built in 1937 and has been extensively renovated, per the Palm Beach Post.
The renovation was led by Peter Marino.
Lindemann, who was declared the 722nd richest person in the world in 2016 by Forbes, paid $23.5 million for the property in 2008.
