The spectacular Miami mansion featured in the 2006 Miami Vice film that starred Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx has returned to the market as a seasonal rental asking $75,000 a month.
Located at 400 South Mashta Drive in Key Biscayne, it initially listed last summer for $39 million. While the Miami Vice remake earned very mixed reviews — it received a 47 percent on Rotten Tomatoes — the same cannot be said for this tropical modern beauty designed by Charles Harrison Pawley.
Sitting on a corner waterfront lot, it’s equipped with about 12,000 square feet of living space and nearly 500 feet of frontage along Biscayne Bay. Additionally, there is a Saturnia stone façade, mahogany wood doors, marble flooring throughout, a wood-paneled movie theater, a library, two master suites, and a full-covered summer kitchen by the resort-style pool area.
The peninsula property last changed hands in 2001 for $3.6 million and the current home was built in 2003.
