A corner residence at Icon South Beach with two bedrooms and two bathrooms sold for $2.2 million ($1,212 per square foot) last week after listing for $2.36 million in August.

The remodeled unit faces to the south, with excellent views of the Miami Beach Marina, Government Cut, the Atlantic Ocean, and Biscayne Bay. It last sold for $1.85 million in 2014.

The buyer’s agent is Jeff Miller, Director of Luxury Sales for Brown Harris Stevens, with Roger Pardo, founder of Realty Group of Miami, representing the seller.
