Jade Signature’s upper penthouse remains on the market for $32.9 million.
For a "little" extra, its goliath-pocketed buyer can choose a dynamic design package envisioned by Pierre-Yves Rochon, featuring the likes of a $100,000 Lalique glass table in the dining room.
Encompassing the 56th and 57th floors of this stunning project by Pritzker Prize-winning Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron, the design for the 11,660-square foot dream residence has been described as "self destructing," with the buyer having the option of implementing it or it vanishing for all eternity.
Additional offerings include artwork by Donald Judd, a table by Hervé Van der Staeten and a chandelier by Veronese.
