Designed by filmmaker and first-time designer Alejandro Landes in collaboration with Zyscovich Architects, the 20,000-square-foot mansion is a work of art, with sleek finishes, an exposed exoskeleton wrapped in teak, glass and white stucco.

The home won the Architizer Popular Choice A+ Award in the Architecture + Water category.

Listed with Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman, the seven-bedroom estate boasts FOUR kitchens and lives on an acre, with interiors designed by Landes’ mother, Catalina Echavarria of CEU Studio, who also owns the home, per the Wall Street Journal.
