As Brickell Flatiron continues to rise into its place among the Miami skyline, the 64-story tower developed by Ugo Colombo has released its penthouse collection, which is comprised of residences located from floors 50 through 64.
Within the collection are single-story units; duplexes; and three-story upper penthouses with rooftop pools, private elevators, and summer kitchens. The latter two offerings are priced from $6 million to $15.5 million while standard penthouses are asking between $1 million and $2 million.
“Brickell Flatiron’s penthouse collection will embody the elegance and sophistication of Italian design,” added Colombo, founder of CMC Group. “We are sparing no detail and no expense to deliver a memorable product offering our residents the highest caliber of quality and design that will withstand the test of time.”
Brickell Flatiron, which broke ground in March 2016, is 60 percent sold and is expected to be completed in 2019, when it will be among the tallest buildings in Miami.
Note: The first four renderings are of upper penthouses.
